Nishant Arora is a Chartered Professional Accountant with two decades of extensive and diverse experience in accounting , finance, taxation, and CFO services. Nishant has been instrumental in growing start-ups to a sizeable level ensuring all financial and taxation compliances. In addition, he has helped clients in securing funding and grants by guiding with respect to financial projections, profitability, cost analysis. He takes pleasure in offering custom made solutions to varying clients needs including providing management consultancies, performing various profitability analysis, and developing effective strategies. He specialises in handling CRA audits , SRED returns, managing US indirect taxes for SaaS companies, managing system implementations for small to medium sized clients. Before Scale CPA, Nishant has worked on various finance roles with private and publicly held companies in different industries.


Jaspreet Singh CPA, LPA, CA (India)


Jaspreet is a Chartered Professional Accountant with substantial experience in assurance, accounting, and taxation services. Jaspreet has performed audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held businesses, multinational companies, NPO’s and charities. He is experienced in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US and Canadian GAAP. In addition to assurance and accounting services, Jaspreet has been involved in Tax Planning, Business Consulting, Business Valuation, and Transaction Services. He works with clients to create tax efficient corporate structures focusing on personal and corporate tax planning for privately held companies. Before Scale CPA Professional Corporation. Jaspreet worked with Big4s where he was involved in providing complex and high-end accounting and advisory services to a wide range of clients.


Manpreet Singh Batra CPA, CTP, CA (India)


Manpreet is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, finance, taxation, treasury and banking. Manpreet focuses on understanding clients’ business goals and objectives to develop business and financial strategies tailored to their needs. His specialties include providing advisory and tax planning strategies for privately held corporations in a variety of different industries. His 'hands on' management consulting responsibilities has assisted clients in the development and performance of their business. He has steered the planning and implementation of accounting information system for many of the clients. He is highly motivated to enhance the clients' performance by providing valuable advice.
